Mainland Commerce Real Estate (MCRE) has been contracted to provide property management services for the premises in which you reside.
MCRE is responsible to respond to all tenant inquiries and requests. Please direct all concerns to MCRE, via, email, telephone and regular mail.
Should you need repairs or maintenance at your unit please place those requests in writing and mail or email to the office of MCRE. An online maintenance is also available.
In the case of emergency, MCRE has a 24 hour response line to ensure prompt reply. You can access this response line by dialing the office at 204-480-0145. Follow the automated prompts to report an emergency and an operator will dispatch your call. Situations that would constitute an emergency are; flooding, no heat, “rotten egg smell” and break ins, severe water leaks. In the case of Fire or Police assistance call 911. After you have contacted 911, please call the MCRE emergency line and report the situation.
MCRE will collect rental payments on behalf of the Landlord. Please direct all rental payments to MCRE for processing, by no later that the first day of the month. MCRE accepts cheques, certified cheques and money order. Payments are to be made payable to Mainland Commerce Real Estate. MCRE can also arrange pre-authorized payments.
