MCRE provides owners/investors with monthly account statements along with disbursements. Should you require further detailed financial statements MCRE will oblige. Another benefit that MCRE offers Non-Resident owners/investors is Canada Revenue Agency income tax reporting and remitting.
Tenant Application Processing
MCRE takes tenant applications and screening very seriously. MCRE undertakes and 66 point application and screening process. MCRE maintains electronic and hard copy files containing agreements, contacts, correspondence, leases, notices, financial statements, reports, photos and video. Electronic files are backed-up regularly and hard copy files are securely stored. Once files are archived, they are securely stored off-site for minimum 7 years.
