MCRE strives to maintain tenants enjoyment and functional use of all properties. Should you be experiencing maintenance issues please complete the ONLINE MAINTENANCE REQUEST and submit. You can also place your maintenance request in writing and mail to our office.
Please note that MCRE requires that Tenants place maintenance requests in writing or submit the request online. Telephone calls for maintenance will not be responded to as documentation is required to initiate the maintenance process.
Should there be an emergency at your unit please call our office directly at (204) 480.0145. During office hours you will speak directly to administration staff. For after hours emergencies dial (204) 480.0145, follow the automated prompts, and you will report your emergency to an operator who will dispatch the call.
Please note that circumstances involving but not limited to flooding, no heat, fire and vehicle–building impact, and break-ins are considered emergencies. Should you report non-emergencies to the emergency paging service, you may be subject to a $50.00 service charge should the on call maintenance manager deem the situation a non-emergency.
